Quality monitoring for recovered paper – PaperBaleSensor (PBS)
Your quick check of recovered paper bales
The robust PaperBaleSensor (PBS) allows the moisture, polymer, fibre, and ash content of recovered paper bales to be determined simultaneously and with high accuracy within a few minutes. To do this, the sensor's lance probe is manually inserted within a few seconds into a simple hole of any depth drilled into the bale. The sensor scans the borehole in the near-infrared wavelength range and calculates the quality parameters of the baled paper for recycling.
