PTS takes over management of AG Wellpappe

Innovation and sustainability through corrugated board

The Corrugated Board Working Group (AG Wellpappe) is an association of currently 30 experts from various industries who pool their expertise to promote safe, robust and sustainable processes along the entire corrugated board value chain. From raw paper to the final product, including the necessary raw and auxiliary materials as well as recycling, the working group focuses on environmentally friendly and resource-saving technologies. The following areas are represented:

• Corrugated Board Industry
• Paper Industry
• Mechanical Engineering
• Measurement, Control, and Automation Technology
• Starch Industry
• Industrial Research and Consulting

PTS is taking over management of the AG Wellpappe with immediate effect

Benjamin Hiller, Project Manager in the Methods & Simulation department at PTS and new Managing Director of AG Wellpappe, commented: “We are proud to have been entrusted with the management of AG Wellpappe and will do our best to continue the successful work of Dr. Renke Wilken.”

43rd Meeting of the AG Wellpappe at PTS

From May 5 to 6, 2025, we had the pleasure of welcoming the members of the AG Wellpappe to Heidenau! In addition to internal topics, the program also included exciting insights into our work. The successful conclusion was a guided city tour of Dresden and a convivial dinner in the historical city center.
