PTS and ABB in dialogue – From Accredited Laboratory Analysis to Industrial Pilot-Scale

Last week, we welcomed Alexander Frings and Patric Ackermann from ABB to our Heidenau site. During their visit, our guests were given a first-hand look at PTS's range of services and research activities, including the technical equipment used in our laboratories, research facilities, and pilot plants.

Among other things, we presented our accredited laboratorydiagnostics as well as advanced measurement and testing procedures from our research activities. State-of-the-art analytical methods and innovative measurement technologies, including microscopic diagnostics and specialized testing techniques, completed the overview.

A highlight of the visit was the wide range of of testing options available at our pilot plants. These demonstrate in a practical way how research and development projects can be specifically supported on an industrial scale.
