During the production of food contact materials a very big number of raw materials, additives and process aids are used. Each of them is a complex mixture of different substances itself. Several contaminants may be contained and degradation and reaction products may occur. The broad variety of these substances needs to be evaluated according to toxicology.
The target of the analysis is an evaluation of as much as possible substances with migration potential at once.
