A long-standing partnership with added value

For many years, Domino has supported PTS by providing free equipment for codeability testing, particularly laser and inkjet printing systems. These technologies play a central role in ensuring that materials are marked reliably, efficiently, and in compliance with standards.

In light of new regulatory requirements and technological developments, the collaboration is now being further intensified. Consequently, PTS will be equipped with additional equipment in the future, including wider print heads. Additionally, new opportunities are emerging through brokered customer projects that enable independent testing and evaluations by PTS.

Additionally, there were ample opportunities for personal interaction. Michael Tausch, Sales Manager at Domino and our new point of contact, used his visit to get to know the team. Katrin Kühnöl, Nicole Brandt, and Marcel Herzog offered insightful perspectives on the work of the Materials Testing & Services department.

The next joint highlight has already been confirmed: On September 22, 2026, Michael Tausch will be speaking at the PTS conference, titled „Kennzeichnung von Verpackungen zwischen Innovation und Regulatorik“ in Heidenau.
