Customer information on the price adjustment as of 01.01.2023

Dear PTS customers,

Already at the end of September we had informed you about the introduction of a 10% energy and consumption fee as of 1.10.2022, as our costs had increased considerably in the last few months. The prices for individual items remained unchanged at that time.

Unfortunately, the overall economic situation in Germany has not improved since then. At the beginning of the year, we will therefore adjust the prices of our services by +15% to ensure the long-term maintenance of our high quality. Further cost increases make this step necessary and unavoidable. At the same time, the introduced 10% flat rate for energy and consumption costs will be discontinued.

The effective date for the new prices is 01.01.2023. The date of receipt of the order in text or written form applies. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
